Contracts Are Being Signed In Cizre’s 1a Application Area

Negotiation talks based on the mathematical model related to the 1A application area within the scope of Cizre’s Urban Renewal Project are in process. Locals including the owners of mostly severely damaged buildings and other property owners are coming to the urban renewal liaison office to obtain information about the project and also sign the relevant contracts.
Each property owner is given at least the same amount of m² of their demolished building within the scope of development plans approved by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanism and also the regarding Urban Renewal Project. In accordance with the in-site urban transformation principle, every property owner is entitled to choose their future block, apartment, floor and building side to live in and even more importantly their future neighbors.
Minister of Environment and Urbanism Mr. Mehmet Özhaseki has visited our renewal office in Cizre in order to examine the studies and changes realized in the area. The minister got involved in a negotiation talk during his visit and signed a preliminary contract with a citizen.
