2ND Phase Of Esenler Havaalani Neighborhood Urban Renewal Project Is Now On Sale

The urban renewal process of Esenler Havaalanı neighborhood which is one of the first areas declared “risky” by the Ministerial Cabinet is entering a new phase. The 970 apartments and 23 commercial units located in the 2nd phase of the project operated by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanism, Emlak Konut REIT as part of TOKI, Esenler Municipality, ESKON Cooperation and KEYM is on sale as of October 13th 2014.
Starting price of the 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 apartments is 281.000 TL. The size of the 1+1 apartments range between 62 m² and 73 m², 2+1 apartments between 105 m² and 123 m², 3+1 apartments between 135 m² and 172 m². on the other hand, 4+1 apartments have a gross area of 193 m².
The press conference about the 2nd phase of the Project was held on October 13th in Tekstilkent and was attended by Emlak Konut REIT General Manager Murat Kurum, Esenler Mayor M.Tevfik Goksu, KEYM partner Ismail Cakal and etc.
