Development Plan Of Piyalepaşa Has Been Approved

The development plan and Urban Design Project of the area covering a part of İstiklal neighborhood which is known as Hacıhüsrev neighborhood located in Beyoğlu district has been approved.
The development plan and Urban design project approved by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanism was prepared by KEYM and operated by Piyalepaşa Real Estate company which is a part of Polat Holding.
Another obstacle for conducting a private sector leaded urban renewal project is thus lifted in the area which has been declared “Risky Area” by the Ministerial Cabinet within the scope of Law no: 6306.
