The First Keys of our Esenler Havaalani Mah. Urban Renewal Project Has Been Delivered

The first stage turn-key deliveries of the Airport District, which has been declared as "Urban Transformation Area", which has received its licenses in 2014 and were built by Emlak Konut, were held on 30 May with the participation of our President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan handed over the keys of 1,403 residences and 32 businesses in the Esenler Airport Neighborhood Urban Regeneration Houses on October 5, 2012. It was the first project launched within the framework of major transformation presses.
In the Havaalanı Neighborhood Urban Transformation Project Turn-Key Ceremony in the Esenler Regional Park; in addition to Recep Tayyip Erdogan; Minister of Environment and Urbanism Mehmet Özhaseki, Former Minister of Environment and Urbanism Erdogan Bayraktar and Mr. Gül Demet Sari, Governor of Istanbul Vasip Şahin, Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Kadir Topbaş, TOKI Chairman Mehmet Ergün Turan, General Manager of Emlak Konut GYO Murat Kurum, AK Party Istanbul Provincial Chairman Selim Temurci, Former Deputy Prime Minister Yalçın Akdoğan, District Governor of Esenler Yüksel Ünal, Mayor of Esenler Mehmet Tevfik Göksu, some deputies and some district mayors, the AK Party District Head of Esenler Gökhan Taran, rights owners and thousands of Esenler locals attended.
