One Of The Keym Founding Partners Cem Yilmaz Explained The “Public-Supported Urban Renewal”

Mr. Cem Yılmaz talked about the high amounts of investments in urban renewal projects while focusing on Turkey and Istanbul in his speeches titled “Turkey: Public-Supported Urban Renewal”, “Istanbul: A Renewing City”, “Gaziosmanpasa Urban Renewal Masterplan” in a presentation realized at MIPIM Turkey pavilion. He then explained our company’s urban renewal approach and how it keeps the balance within the triangle of Public-Citizen-Investor.
Afterwards he went on to inform the audience about the Gaziosmanpasa Urban Renewal Masterplan which is one of the most important projects of Turkey in this regard and has been realized in cooperation with world-famous architecture company “Foster&Partners” along with other prominent companies.
Our company partners Ismail Çakal and Cem Yılmaz participated at MIPIM 2015 together with Mayor of Gaziosmanpasa Hasan Tahsin Usta and Deputy Mayor Ahmet Bülbül.
GOP Masterplan drew a lot of attention during the exhibition. GOP Mayor Hasan Tahsin Usta answered questions about the abovementioned subject.
