Urban transformation project on the 15.6 ha Ambarlar-Nakliyeciler site has been completed within scope of 6306 law and the necessary construction licences have been obtained. The whole process has been managed by KEYM.
The project area consists of 232 parcels and 261 buildings. Successful negotiations have been carried out with 94% of the parcel owners and the risky building assessments have been finalized.
The shares of owners without an agreement contract have been put on sale by the Ministry of Urbanism and Environment.
Construction process in the area has started after evacuation and demolition processes.
